Here's a Hack for Preventing Sweaty Armpit Odor
When your body excretes sweat, one of the things lost in perspiration is zinc. This mineral is important for neutralizing body odor, so a zinc deficiency is often a culprit for unflattering B.O.
Dandruff shampoo is rich with zinc, which also prevents itching and flaking on the scalp. When applied to the underarms, it can deliver a day-long remedy and prevent you from smelling too musky (and we arent talking the fragrant, woodsy kind of musk).
Try it yourself: Simply wash your armpits with dandruff shampoo the same way you would use body wash or soap. And, for good measure, you should still apply deodorant.
Consult with your doctor to see if you should start taking a zinc supplement, and how to properly introduce it into your diet. It could be a more lasting remedy to body odor issues, dandruff, low testosterone, and more.
Still worried about excessive sweating? Try a few psychological tricks, or stay cool and dry with the right grooming products.
