From: New Orleans, LA.
How would you describe your job/what you do to a 6-year-old: I paint pretty things for products that people love to use.
What inspired your box design: My inspiration words were confident, transformed, and encouraged. I wanted to create an organic, playful design that illustrated the feeling of confidence and transformation by showing the various stages of florals from bud to bloom. I love seeing how each flower has its own different subtleties in comparison, yet they all bloom beautifully.
Name a beauty product that has changed your life: Manuka honey face masks.
Fun fact: I bring my little dog Roxy with me to work every dayshe's the best!

From: Im from the Lone Star State, Dallas/Fort Worth, but Ive been a New Yorker since 03 when I moved here for school.
How would you describe your job/what you do to a 6-year-old: I draw and design things.
What inspired your box design: Women full of energy, excitement, and adventure. Women feeling themselves and expressing emotion. Im very inspired by fashion and art and design movements of the past such as Art Deco and the work of the Weiner Werkstatte. I also love textiles from the 50s and 60s and earlier.
Name a beauty product that has changed your life: I have rosacea, so Cliniques redness reducing products have really been helping me.
Fun fact: I get obsessed with things, so I have a bizarre amount of knowledge about the Beach Boys, Fleetwood Mac, and KISS.

From: I live north of NYC in the Hudson Valley.
How would you describe your job/what you do to a 6-year-old: I get paid to draw pretty things!
What inspired your box design: My assigned words were creative, colorful, and magical, so I thought it would be fun to illustrate a whimsical interior with a bit of a surreal twist.
Name a beauty product that has changed your life: A red lipstick I bought 10 years ago in Paris for the packaging but immediately became my signature color (L'Authentique in Dahlia).
Fun fact: There was a time in my life when I involuntarily hiccuped once a day at 8 p.m. for an entire summer.
