Testing, Testing, Birchbox Select Beta
For the past seven years, we've provided a personalized, serendipitous way to discover new beauty products by delivering five surprise samples to millions of you every month. We've also carefully merchandised our Shop so that you can find full-size versions of products you already know and love.
Earlier this year, we launched a test called Birchbox Select Beta to provide more options in customizing your monthly experience for an additional cost. In doing so, we developed features that allowed subscribers to pick and skip sample types from their boxes, opt for a curated box based on a specific beauty need, or swap their box for Birchbox Loyalty Points.
After six months of testing, we learned how much you enjoyed having more choice in your monthly experience. Your feedback helped us understand which features you loved most and which ones were less exciting, and we're taking that to heart as we explore the next phase. The Select Beta program has come to a close, but your input is essential to the evolution of Birchbox.
